We’re Charting SNPT’s Next Chapter — And Looking for the Right Partner to Help Lead the Way

At Shenandoah National Park Trust, we’re standing at an exciting moment in our organization’s evolution. Over

the last several years, we’ve grown in scale, sharpened our impact, and expanded our role as a vital partner to

Shenandoah National Park. With our 20th anniversary on the horizon in 2027, we’re ready to take the next intentional step: building a strategic plan that matches the ambition of the Park we serve.

To do that, we’re looking for a strategic planning consultant who can help us do more than create a document. We want a partner—a listener, a synthesizer, and a guide—who can help us articulate where we’ve been, where we’re going, and what it will take to get there.

If your firm has  experience in strategic planning, loves public lands, and has  a knack for turning complexity into clarity, we’d love to hear from you.
